Warranty
Every piece of equipment sold by Material Handling Equipment is backed by aĀ 1-year manufacturer warranty covering all parts and the batteryĀ ā no exceptions, no fine print carve-outs on major components.
What's covered:
- All mechanical and electrical parts for 12 months from date of delivery
- Battery pack (including lithium battery cells and internal BMS) for 12 months from date of delivery
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
What's not covered:
- Damage from misuse, unauthorized modification, or improper operation
- Normal wear items (tires, wheels, seals) beyond expected service life
- Damage from operating outside rated capacity or manufacturer specifications
- Costs of freight/shipping for warranty returns, unless otherwise stated
